Last night, we arrived to our Airbnb apartment around 10pm. The owner keyed us into the main door from out in the street and directed us to walk to the end of the alley and take the stairs up to the second floor. We didn’t realize it at the time but here, they cover alley….
We walked over 15 miles of the streets of Paris both above and below ground. highlights included the Catacombs under the city where millions of people have been buried. Also, the Eiffel tower is spectacular at night – especially for the first five minutes of every hour when it sparkles! Seeing what was left of….

Last night after my evening nap, I woke up absolutely ravenous. I tore the kitchen apart looking for anything edible but unlike every single house we’ve stayed in, this one had nothing. Last night, Brian took us to Casa de Fidel O’Pulpeiri which is an octopus joint and one of the best rated seafood restaurants in the entire country of Spain.
