Alcohol – It’s something we can all relate to on one level or another. It is just a part of our culture and it’s everywhere. Had a really good day? Have a drink to celebrate. Have a really bad day? Have a drink to sooth. But what if the alcohol itself becomes too much? OR what if we realized it’s not actually serving us in the positive way it’s often portrayed? Today, I’m talking to my friend Jodi who would like to share with us her journey with alcohol and how she ultimately said bye-bye to booze.Jodi Gaudreau’s father was an alcoholic and he tragically died by suicide in 1999. This was the impetus for Jodi’s own journey with alcohol which ultimately lead to a complete abstinence on February 28, 2019.Links:
